Noxaura
Baby you and me | Stumbling in the street Daylight shined down onto the lupa’s pelt as she pranced through the land. Cool wind blew in her face as her bi-colored eyes peered out. Her tail swayed to and fro with each dainty step and a half smile was smeared on her maw. She had been an Outcast for too long now. It was time for her to find a home, a pack.
She knew a wolf like her would never be able to survive by herself. She was not that tall or long, and her body was not compact with muscle. She had too much of a light and elegant feature. She had no horns or long teeth to aid her on hunting or fighting too. She was just…normal. And in Thoirnisk, normal might not be enough to survive. Alone that is. She could survive with a pack. That was probably the only way in her case.
Just to add one more reason for her to join a pack, well it was Winter! With winds chilling the lands of Thoirnisk, she needed a pack to share heat with.
Her face tilted up as she stared at the huge jungle trees. The mossy, damp ground shifted under her paws, making a slight trail of paw prints behind her. Bright pupiless scanned the land again, this time coming across a large and wide tree. It was guarded by four striped wolves and two jaguar statues. The slime on her face dimmed a little. As she stopped in front of a branch that seemed to lead into the opening of the tree. She gulped. She knew this was the place she was looking for. It was the Ferlein Pack. She was a bit nervous about going up there. What if the Alpha rejected her? Her brightly painted craniums turned to look behind her. She closed her eyes for a few brief seconds and curved her head back so she was facing the tree. Well, if she had come this far, she was not turning back. Her lips curved back into a warm and enticing smile and she pranced up the branch and into the dimly lit room.

I was becoming colder and colder. The last time weather like this had happened in Thoirnisk he had been with his parents, they were different from him, and knew how to survive. He was born to a larger male, larger than many other creatures of the land. He was equipped with elk-like horns and kept his nails sharper than the norm. His mother was average in size but above average in strategy. They had been outcast from a tribe that Nik had long forgotten and had survived together for as long as the younger wolf could remember. His older brother, who also has been long forgotten had attempted to join the Sabervein tribe and was killed in the process, or at some point, or for some reason. It was unclear.
Nik was normal. Not a bad and inadequate normal however. He was smaller and light on his feet but not without the strategy and skill to hunt and protect those he was loyal to. His father had passed away months ago and his mother had spiraled into depression and rejected Nik as a whole. Nik knew that without his 'pack' he would get nowhere in life. This is what led him to this area of the land. That and the scent of another that was not in the pack.
There was a rumor that had flown about when his brother had tried to join into a pack that if you are inadequate you will not get in. Nik thought that this was silly but had remained in the shadows already for a few days, lingering just outside the territory. A female had approached the alpha for acceptance and the scent of fear of rejection was heavy in the air.
Nik crouched into the shadows at the hint of a voice. He wanted to observe before he made any attempts... of anything.

in order to break through |
| The wolves smiled as the visitor scurried up the branch and approached them. They all stood in sync, as if all being connected. Though they varied in color and design, they moved with the same flow as one. A warm but powerful aura was radiating throughout the room this day. They had seen similar behavior from those also attempting to join the tribe. And as such, they all took one step forward and lifted their brindled heads back, howling in unison. It was a loud and eerie sound that ricocheted throughout the room and out into the tribe's lands. The two jaguars outside moved, as if alive, and changed positions. They went to jump but then returned to their frozen selves with eyes glowing and mouths open wide. Boom. Boom. Boom. He was coming. The alpha was a large individual, with a dead black coat, completely adorned with a grey and white brindled pattern. His ears were ripped and scarred. He had striking emerald eyes that sparkled wherever the canopy allowed for sunlight to leak through. Perhaps his most prominent feature was his black and white striped horns that protruded from behind his skull, resembling that of a bull's. He had two more protruding from his shoulders which also resembled the same shape, color, and direction. Heavy paws hit the mossy earth beneath him and his large body elegantly strode forward and towards the tree, but not without catching the scent of another, lurking in the bushes. His eyes narrowed and his voice soon traveled to the suspected source "You may come along with me if you are wishing to join. Otherwise, there is no use in hiding in the bushes. You're scent is foreign. I will be waiting."The Alpha continued on his steps and soon ushered himself up the large vine and into the room filled with the chinese lanterns. "So you wish to join my tribe? Tell me, what brings you here?" His eyes were scrutinizing Noxaura but in a leader-ish way. Noxaura Nik | sometimes you have to be relentless |

Noxaura
Baby you and me | Stumbling in the street The sound of four howls echoed out and filled the fae’s ears. The two jaguar statues moved and their eyes began to glow yellow. She came to a halt when she saw the Alpha approaching her. He was a large he-wolf with a pelt like a moonless night and painted with nimbus and white markings. His ears seemed to almost be shredded up. Noxaura assumed that was from all the fighting he had done. His eyes were like two forest green gems that sparkled in the sunlight. He had two horns adorned on his cranium that were curved and black and white in color. He had two more of those same twisted horns on his shoulders. The she-wolf was quite captivated by the horns on his shoulders. She had seen other wolves crowned with horns on their skulls before, but never anywhere else.
His first words were not directed at the Girl, but to someone else that must have been lurking outside the tree. Her muzzle turned to face where the Alpha’s voice was directed and she took a large breath in to catch the scent of the other one. There was someone else there. Maybe it was following her? Or maybe he was just interested in joining a pack, just like the Lupa was. She then pointed her vision back towards the Leader. He began to speak to her and his eyes studied the Fae. The dainty She-Wolf’s lips curled into a friendly and attractive smile and her striking eyes met his in a bit of a flirtatious way. Her maw opened and a voice as sweet and smooth as honey rang out. “Yes, I do wish to join your tribe. You see, love, I have been an outcast for all of my life. But, lately I have been realizing that one like myself ca not survive all on my own. I need others to survive, and I want to help serve in a pack. I have am aware that there are other packs here in Thoirnisk, but your pack seemed to intrigued me the most.”
